Vital Masks Private Limited has successfully celebrated its third anniversary along with the Thai Pongal festival’s celebration. For the last two years, due to the pandemic situation, we abided by COVID-19‘s safety protocols and kept the anniversary and festival celebrations limited. Even though all the Vitalians showed their interest in taking part and committing themselves to give their all to their beloved company, they understood their responsibility as citizens of the country and as fellow humans. So they stayed home and gave us the support that the company always needed.

Since the rules and regulations are gradually being relaxed in this third anniversary, most vitalians participated in both the anniversary and Thai Pongal celebrations with boundless enthusiasm. It was a refreshing and lovely gathering, having met their colleagues after a few years.

Once the Thai Pongal celebrations are over, Vitalians gathered for dinner that night at Burger Hut in Colombo. Unlike the usual dinners, Vitalians praised and thanked each of their colleagues for extending their support for the last three years since the foundation of the company. They didn’t forget to mention how the company culture and the working environment stood by them to assist their career growth. Not just in terms of their careers, but also as individuals.

It was heartwarming to hear our Vitalians say that the journey they started and the distance traveled so far was overwhelming to them. It is the triumph that we all need to commemorate because we didn’t just grow alone; We bring our employees' excellence together with us!
